All orders will be processed by the allocated Monday on the announcement bar on our website. Coffee will then be roasted and packed the following day. All of our customers (other than those in very remote or international regions) generally receive their beans within approximately one week after roasting.
Shipping is a flat fee of $7.50 Australia wide.
Sending to destinations in NSW:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate (VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT):
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.
Country - between 5 - 7 business days.
Unfortunately, at this present moment we currently don’t offer delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

To change your plan details (address, amount of coffee, roast type) or cancel your account, just click here. Alternatively, just click on ‘Customer Login’ at the bottom of our web page and follow the prompts from there.
If you'd like to pause your subscription, please leave us an email or give us a call and we'll action it as soon as possible.
You most definitely can! Currently we have just the one blend which is our organic blend but will be releasing two other blends in the coming weeks! You can simply head your subscription and change the blend as your wish.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the limited shelf life of coffee we don’t accept returns. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so if the coffee is faulty in any way or if you're not happy with the quality please feel free to email us or call us at any time and we’ll do our best to replace it with something you love.
We will gladly replace any coffee that has been damaged in transit and will cover the cost of replacing the item as well. We ask that you take a clear photo of the damaged product just so we can inform Sendle. If you request a replacement bag of coffee, please email us your full name and address you used to sign up to on the subscription.
Are you hosting an event at your office or work space and need a way to serve real coffee fast? We can provide you with the proper equipment and a trained barista for your small or private event. Just email through your location and any other information at email@example.com and we can assist you from there.
